Wolverine's Workshop

Wolverine’s workshop.

One day, in a parallel dimension to our world, Wolverine on his first day as a teacher met Mabel Paints. . .

Wolverine: Good morning guys! My name is James Howlett, your new teacher, and today…

One of the students interrupts his presentation.

Student 1: Excuse me, teacher… Are you Wolverine?

Wolverine: (he laughs discreetly and sighs) yes, that’s right bub’, I’m Wolverine but my real name is James Howlett and I’m here to teach you combat tactics.

The group is small, only the children of mutant people come to learn; however, one of the kids looks like a normal person; her name was Mabel, she was the only non-mutant there so she started to attract the attention of the others. Everyone looks at Mabel, the teacher asks.

Wolverine: Well, well, well… What do we have here? You are not a mutant… Right?

Mabel: (Very nervous) Hi! My name is Mabel, my grandpa lives in Gravity Falls, I lost my brother and I came here to learn combat tactics so I could enter to the forest to rescue him.

Wolverine: Okaaaaaay. Look little girl, this workshop is meant to develop the combat skills of the mutant children, but if you want to take the workshop, maybe you can learn something that you can use in order to find to your brother.

The first week they made recreation activities. Everyone was very happy. The next week they begin to physical activity.

Student 1: (Very exhausted) “I don’t want to come back tomorrow, it is an abuse of my body is aching”

Student 2: “Yeah, me too!”

Mabel didn’t have any condition nor strength, but she had a lot of will; in spite of the hard work, she kept on attending because she had an objective; his brother was in danger, he hadn’t eaten well for days, each day that passed by was a bigger chance for him to die.

Inspired to rescue her brother, she trained additional time. One day, Wolverine stayed up late at the institution and he noticed that she was training. At the next day, he did the same, but this time he asked her…

Wolverine: Mabel…

Mabel: (Shaken) yes, coach?

Wolverine: Tell me about your brother…

Mabel perplexed, started to tell her story, she told him about his separation and she began to cry.

Wolverine: I´ll tell you what kid… you really want to rescue to your brother: so, I will train you harder than the others, just… let’s keep this between us, I don’t want any jealousy on the classroom, is that understood?

She very excited, accept.  

…

At the last day of the workshop, everyone was excited because they were ready to finish. Mabel got her certification and graduated with honors. 

Mabel: I’m ready to go with my brother, I feel ready.

Wolverine: That’s right little girl, you are ready but you need something else…

Mabel: Something else…? I don’t want something else, I’m ready to rescue my brother, he needs me and I don’t need something else.

Wolverine: Listen to me Mabel, you are ready, you’re strong and you’re smart, but that I’m telling you is a tool only to use in an emergency case.

Mabel: What it is?

Wolverine: (Pulls out a box from his bag) on this box, you will find your secret weapon, it is Mr. Meeseeks, the main purpose of Mr. Meeseeks is to help you with any task you’d  have. A friend of mine just gave it to me when I told him about your brother.

Mabel: Thank you very much, Mr. Howlett, I’m very grateful to you and I will always be.

When Mabel opens the box, Mr. Meeseeks appears.

Mr. Meeseeks: I’m Mr. Meeseeks, look at me!
